Karthini has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Coventry University, United Kingdom (UK). Her course of study had furnished her with an extensive comprehensive of human behavior across numerous fields of psychology such as developmental and social psychology, psychology of abnormality, cognition and perception, social behavior and individual differences and development.

She has experience working with children with special needs in an innovation centre and she was responsible for teaching children to learn through play. She guides the children to use their creativity and critical thinking skills during play time. Adept in assessing the mental and behavioral health of children, keeping records of progress, and suggesting powerful solutions to issues. Committed to reinforcing positive feelings and behaviors in children, thus helping children to lead healthier and happier lives.

Having the opportunity to interact with children has also brought out a burning passion in Karthini to work with children. She is passionate about working with children with special needs and believes strongly in the importance of early intervention. She finds that the children’s joy for life is a contagious and working with them has taught her to persevere. She hopes to make a positive impact in their lives by offering support for them and to their families in their daily life.

Karthini believes that every child is unique in their own way and it is her goal to strive to equip children with the proper foundation and skills to pursue their dreams. Childhood means simplicity. Look at the world with the child’s eye – it is very beautiful.
