Myself Aysha Fahmida M. is a dedicated and passionate MSc Psychology graduate with a strong background in psychology and research. My goal is to use my knowledge and skills to support individuals’ mental health and overall well-being while creating a positive impact in their lives. Previously I worked as a Psychologist Trainee at Haritham Child Development Centre, where I support children with developmental, behavioral, and emotional challenges. My role involves assisting in assessments, therapy sessions, and individualized intervention planning. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, I have gained valuable clinical experience and deep insights into ethical, child-focused therapeutic practices.

I have also completed an internship at Louis Mount Hospital under the guidance of Dr. Linjo C.J., where I was introduced to clinical psychology in a hospital setting. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of human behavior, empathy, and evidence-based intervention approaches. In addition to my practical experience, I have presented academic papers on topics such as “Mental Health of Students Approaching Public Examinations” and “The Relationship Between Academic Stress and Career Decision-Making Among Adolescents.”

I also organized and participated in several workshops and conferences, including “The Mind’s Expedition: A Journey into Clinical, Traffic, and Animalistic Psychology” and the TAISAI Psychology Fest. My strengths include effective communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and responsibility. I am deeply passionate about supporting children and individuals through understanding, patience, and research-driven practice. As I continue to grow professionally, I aim to contribute to the field of mental health through compassionate care, innovation, and continuous learning.
