Ms Ruby is the Managing Director of R.I.S.E and a well trained Senior IEP and EIP Educator. She had obtained Bachelor of Science in Special Education and also Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

She is dedicated in providing the best services to children with special needs with a vase experiences she had all these years. She works with a diverse children with special needs in one to one for different range of age group. She also had attended various seminars to enhance her knowledge and skills for ongoing learning journey.

She believe that having clear communication and good working relationships with parents are the keys to improvise a child developments.
