Dania Pillai has obtained her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology at Sunway University, Malaysia with a dual award from Lancaster University, UK. She has experience working with children with special needs. This has empowered her to acquire more knowledge and understanding to better equip herself in helping children with special needs.

She has true passion for working with children with special needs. Helping each child progress in all areas of their development that is cognitive, social and motor is a challenge that she said to be honoured to accept daily. Dania strives to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive and fun environment.

Dania has established meaningful relationships with families by collaborating to assist in identifying an area of concern or delay. Working hand in hand to create a safe environment that best suites the child and gaining positive feedbacks on children’s progress brings a sense of satisfaction.

She strongly believes that every student has the capability to learn and she does everything in her power to encourage and maximise their ability to do better. Also, her goal is to address student’s needs, ensuring children will develop in an adaptable educational atmosphere. She lives by the saying “​All children are equal and none are inferior to the other​”.
