Mrinali Majumdar has a Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology from Manipal University, India in 2010. She has 11+ years of experience spanning across Educational setups, Hospitals and Clinics. Her career started as a Lecturer in Institute of Health Sciences, India. She then was associated with the prestigious, Kokilaben Ambani Hospital, Mumbai till 2014. Following this she was rendering her services for special schools of Autism and a Child Development Centre in Mumbai.  Prior to joining RISE she has worked with other child development centres in Malaysia.   She believes in setting precise goals for children and deploys creative ways to engage the children in what turns out to be a lively, fun filled and promising atmosphere. She specializes in dealing with cases of Stammering, Autism, Mis-articulation, and Childhood Apraxia. She has also held the baton to organize Summer Camps for kids, which are new age platforms to reinforce social interactions among peers.     Professionally, she holds certifications for 3-part Treatment Plan for Oral Placement Therapy (Talk Tools;2021), Solving the Puzzle of Autism Through Tactile Therapy Techniques (Talk Tools;2021), HANDLE Level 1 (Holistic Approach to Neurodevelopment and Learning Efficiency;2021) and Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC;2022). She has undertaken other professional development activities such as Natural Language Acquisition: Echolalia as another way to acquire language (slp summit,2023) and Creating Thematic Units to Target Grammar slp summit,2023). She is also registered member of Rehabilitation Council of India,Indian Speech and Hearing Association and Malaysian Association of Speech Language & Hearing (MASH).
